Silent Auction items will begin closing in the early afternoon, but you do not need to be present to win.

PICNIC SILENT AUCTION - We need your donations!  Please only new items. Here are some ideas...

Ideas of what you can donate:

  1. A basket of items - maybe pick a theme like kitchen, kids, party, holiday etc. or just a variety.

  2. Individual Items - quilts, blankets, tables, pictures, or anything we could combine with other items for a basket.

  3. Something you make doing your favorite hobby or craft.

  4. Provide a dinner or service.

  5. Tickets for an event.

  6. Gift Certificates – any amount.

  7. Dollars - for us to do the shopping for you.

  8. Or whatever else you can come up with.

 
You can drop off items at Prince of Peace.

Event Rules

PETS:
No pets at any POP events, unless approved by the Pastoral Leader and advertised/communicated prior by the organizing committee/group.

SMOKING: 
Smoking is not permitted under any of the tents due to safety/fire hazard, no exceptions.

VENDORS: 
As this is a church fundraiser, we do not permit outside for-profit vendors making sales at this event.

Tithing

We like supporting our local community, so much so that we started tithing in 2020, during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. 

​

Your generous support and donations for our Picnic & Car Show not only help our parish, but also help support our tithing program (tithe: to give 10%).

 

What started in 2020 continues to thrive through the Holy Spirit and flourish faithfully by supporting a new local non-profit organization with 10% of our picnic proceeds.
